Congratulations to our Youth Showcase Artist!

Chase Hiffernan, junior student at Abraham Lincoln High School, was chosen as the Bluffs Arts Council Youth Showcase Artist winner. Chase depicted the theme "Art is My Passion" and received a prize of $300.

Bluffs Arts Council and Bluffs Arts Foundation Recently Sponsored Artist in the Schools

Joey Gulizia demonstrates percussion instruments from around the world at Hoover Elementary School. Mr. Gulizia presented 18 workshops to students in the Council Bluffs Public Schools.  The program was sponsored by the Bluffs Arts Council and paid for by the Bluffs Arts Foundation.
